Hai there. Nov here. I'm fourteen, a sophomore in high school, a writer, a pianist, a blogger, a nerd, and an over enthusiastic fangirl. A list of my fandoms and the other sites where I'm found are located directly below. Feel free to flood my ask box, and don't forget to follow! :D

THIS.
KILLED.
ME.
But then we wouldn’t have Tenzin. I liked how things turned out
This is honestly a bunch of bullshit, and it’s not my Kataang shipper heart that’s saying so.
When Mike and Bryan was first developing ATLA, they created something called “The Avatar Bible”, where their ideas and concepts for ATLA were stored. It’s briefly flashed in our face in the documentary for the series, and I have even seen Sifu Kisu mention it briefly on his Tumblr.
Guess what? The ATLA Bible even included their plans for shipping.
Kataang was always there, Aang’s feelings for Katara blatantly stated in the notes. However, Katara’s feelings were temporarily given to someone else.
That person was Toph.
In the ATLA Bible, Toph was originally scripted as a male, his courageous and in-your-face attitude winning over Katara’s heart. (I think this was later translated into Jet.) Sokka hated it, and knowing that Aang was jealous of his earthbending master, the two of them were to team up together (finally gaining the brotherly bond between them) and divert Katara’s feelings from Toph to Aang.
Zutara was originally never scripted, so Avatar Extras in the episodes are just fan wank to make viewers happy and willing to watch the annoying pop-ups.
that awkward moment when katara/toph was actually more likely than zutara
